Conference on Energy Efficiency and renovation of residential buildings

On Friday 12 February, Teinsa hosted a conference oriented to Property Administrators. With the main topic of energy savings in buildings and financing tools, public administration at the service of citizens, and posible reforms necessary in order to reduce household energy bills and emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
The event was held at the facilities of TEINSA, SL It explained the different renewable energy systems that can be applied in buildings, and the differences between them. At the end of the day, attendees were able to visit a pilot installation of solar panels included in a research project by TEINSA.

Acceptance of Public Works Tender Bid for the Maintenance of La Rioja Conference Hall, "Riojaforum"

In the Official Bulletin of La Rioja in October of 2009, La Rioja Tourism advertised for tender bids by means of public tendering process for the contracting of the maintenance service for facilities of air conditioning and protection against fires for the Conference Hall and Auditorium of La Rioja.
After the study of the various offers submitted and analysis by the appropriate bodies, Teinsa has obtained approval for the contract of maintenance of air conditioning and protection against fires for the Conference Hall and Auditorium of La Rioja.
Management system of Prevention of Labour Risks

Bearing in mind that the safety and the health in the work is one of the basic elements of the management of our company, in Teinsa we have begun with the initial phase of the works in order to obtain the certification of the norm OHSAS 18001:2007, an international regulation that establishes a set of requirements that will allow us to improve the control of the labour risks in our company.
Adjudication in Public Contest of the Center Ancora in Calahorra

We have obtained the adjudication of the public contest for the air conditioning of the Specialized Center “Ancora” for People with Psychic Disability in Calahorra.
The main objective of this center is to provide people with intellectual disabilities, the individual support and resources necessary to achieve a quality of life, personal development, social and work the most standard possible within their usual environment.
